Academy of Human Resources Development (AHRD) was set up by the National HRD
Network in the year 1990 with the mission “To develop HRD professionals and focus on HRD professionalism”.
It is an institution
exclusively devoted to the pursuit of enhancing HRD expertise and values and making them available for organizational effectiveness and well being of the people.
Vision
“The Academy of Human Resources Development will be an international center or hub for research and higher studies, attracting national and international scholars and practitioners to visit, learn and contribute to the building of theories
and practices in HRD. In India, the Academy will be instrumental in continuously strengthening, developing and upgrading the role of HRD in all sectors and will be a pioneer in promoting indigenous Indian mind
and Indian culture based
