Diploma Programs in HRD

It is widely accepted that managing human resources is one of the most essential managerial skill that is required in today’s organizations because people hold the key to an organization's survival, performance, and success. In such a scenario acquiring HR skills becomes fundamental not only for HRD practitioners and aspirants but also for all managers, line managers and executives so as to enable them to excel in their organizational careers. As an apex academic institution in the field of HRD, the Academy started the diploma program so as to meet the rapidly increasing demand for competence in HRD systems and processes amongst HR professionals and line managers. 

The Academy has also conducted diploma programmes in association with management institutes viz., TAPMI, SYMBIOSIS. Currently we have an association with All India Management Association. We are planning to introduce a new state-of-the-art diploma programme in the near future.
