Dr. Keith D'Souza is a seasoned academic and HR professional with 45 years of experience across teaching, research, corporate HR leadership, and consulting. He has held key roles including Dean (XLRI), Executive Director (AHRD), and Country HR Head (DHL). A founding member of NHRDN, he has taught at leading institutes like SPJIMR, XLRI, and Masters' Union. His expertise spans OB, HRM, and leadership development, with impactful work in both national and international forums.
