Narendra M. Agrawal is an Adjunct Professor in OBHRM area at IIM Bangalore, IIM Rohtak, IIM Sambalpur and Academy of HRD (He superannuated as a full professor in July 2014). Prior to joining IIMB, Professor Agrawal worked for 24 years with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. Professor Agrawal’s areas of research interests are essentially organisa- tion focused and multi-disciplinary in nature. His current research interests are human challenges of knowledge organizations, innovative learning processes in high performing Indian organizations, leader- ship and change management, developing leadership pipeline, managing knowledge workers, creating learning and innovative organizations, and designing effective training systems He has conducted more than 800 management development programmes in India and abroad. He has been a British Council Scholar. He has been a visiting faculty at St. Gallan University, Switzerland, Gothenburg University, Swe- den; AESE, Lisbon, IESE, Madrid , PUC, Chile and PIM, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
