Dr. Tripti is Founder & Principal Consultant at ‘Drishtikon Consultants’ Lucknow. Her career spans 22+ yrs. She has led HR, OD & L&D Functions at Group Centers of Tata Services and Aditya Birla. She has been regular faculty at IIM Bangalore, IIM Kozhi-kode, GIM and has been visiting faculty at XLRI, IIM Ranchi, IIM Amritsar, IMT Hyderabad, TAPMI and NMIMS. She has also taught at Ross School of Business, USA, in their executive development programs. She is an avid researcher and has published about 22 research papers and Case studies in International Journals, National and International Conference Proceedings.
