Prof. Vijayalakshmi is a seasoned academic and consultant with deep expertise in Organizational Behaviour, qualitative research, and HR processes. A Fellow from MDI Gurgaon and an alumna of IRMA, she combines rich corporate experience with a strong research focus on organizational transformation, psychometric tools, and competency assessment. She has trained hundreds in interpersonal skills, led ethnographic and survey-based research, and works extensively with not-for-profits to promote sustainable rural livelihoods. She also serves on the Ethics Committee of the Banyan Academy of Leadership in Mental Health.
