A Computer Science graduate from VTU, he began his journey into Information Systems through analytical thinking and coding. His industry experience as an SAP ABAP developer further honed his problem-solving skills across sectors like Telecom, Infrastructure, and Banking. This led him to pursue a PhD in Information Systems and Analytics from IIM Tiruchirappalli. Rooted in both urban and rural experiences, his research focuses on technology for societal development, digital inclusion, and ethical concerns in AI. His work has been published in reputed journals and presented at global conferences. He also teaches courses on MIS, Digital Platforms, and Business Analytics.
